Job Overview
General merchandise associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.

Pay
- Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be added based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)
