General Merchandise Team Associate

Location: Walmart Supercenter #2037, 909 E Wishkah St, Aberdeen, WA 98520, US

Pay

Hourly wage: $17.50 - $30.50 per hour (equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes:

• Annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)

Schedule

Employment type: Part-time. Available shifts: Mid-shift, Closing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the salesfloor and offer assistance
• Recommend merchandise based on customer needs
• Maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and ensure they are in proper order
• Perform paint mixing and fabric cutting as required
