General Merchandise Team Associate
Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour. The actual rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

About the role
General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. They maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and ensure they are in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
