Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude.
• Perform a variety of retail tasks including stocking shelves, moving product, pulling backstock, disposing of waste, and supporting other operational needs.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
• Work closely with leadership to complete assigned tasks on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Interact courteously with customers as needed.
• Prepare the store for the next day’s operations during overnight shifts.

Requirements

• Comfortable learning and using basic technology.
• Able to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient manner.
• Able to remain calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working collaboratively with a team and supporting shared goals.
• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
• Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
