This role offers a dynamic work environment where your daily tasks will vary based on guest ordering patterns, providing you with valuable experience in retail operations, inventory management, and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide assistance to solve their specific needs.
• Select, pack, and ship items for order pickup, drive-up, and ship-to-home orders.
• Accurately hold and prepare guest orders for shipment using correct materials.
• Maintain workspace, equipment, and supplies to ensure organization and stock levels.
• Follow safety guidelines, operating procedures, and product quality standards.
• Support guest services, including backup cashier, order pickup, and drive-up duties.
• Handle cash register operations as needed.
• Move and lift merchandise, including team lifting items up to 100 pounds.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Resolve guest questions immediately.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile during shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds independently and team lift up to 100 pounds.

Pay

Starting Hourly Rate: $18.00 USD per hour
