About the Role

As a Fulfillment Expert at Target, you'll be part of a dynamic team focused on ensuring guests receive their orders accurately, efficiently, and on time. This role involves picking, prepping, packing, sorting, and shipping products, as well as providing excellent guest service. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, adapting to changing guest demands and utilizing tools to meet digital order needs.

Responsibilities

• Select items for order pickup, drive-up, and ship-to-home for digital guest orders.
• Accurately put on hold all order pickup and drive-up orders.
• Properly prepare, pack, and sort guest orders for shipment using correct materials.
• Maintain workspace, equipment, and supplies; keep designated areas organized.
• Follow safety guidelines, operating procedures, and product quality standards.
• Support guest services, including backup cashier, order pickup, and drive-up.
• Engage with guests to solve their needs and improve their shopping experience.
• Handle cash register operations as needed.
• Lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds independently and team-lift items 45-100 pounds.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements.
• Regular, reliable, and prompt attendance.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $17.00 USD per hour.
