Starting hourly rate: $17.75 USD per hour. Pay range: $17.75 – $26.65 USD per hour.

As a Fulfillment Expert, you’ll enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring they get what they want, when they want it, and how they want it. The role offers dynamic daily work shaped by guest ordering patterns, tools to assess and meet digital demand, and exposure to retail fundamentals like sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Greet guests warmly while completing daily tasks and engage with them to address their specific needs.
• Select, prepare, pack, and sort items for order pickup, drive-up, and home shipment with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain workspace, supplies, and equipment; keep designated areas organized and stocked.
• Follow safety best practices, operating procedures, and product freshness/quality standards, including food safety guidelines.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; report and correct hazards.
• Support guest services such as backup cashier, order pickup (OPU), and Drive-Up (DU) while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws (e.g., adult beverage regulations).
• Perform additional duties as needed based on business requirements.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Resolve guest questions immediately with attention to detail and multi-step processes.
• Remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks within timeframes.
• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Frequently lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance; team lift items 45–100 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and other peak shopping times; reliable and prompt attendance.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary).
• Climb up and down ladders; scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely.
