About the Role

As a Fulfillment Expert at Target, you'll be part of a dynamic team focused on ensuring guests receive their orders accurately, efficiently, and on time. This role involves picking, prepping, packing, sorting, and shipping products, while also providing excellent guest service. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, adapting to changing guest demands and utilizing tools to meet digital order needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide assistance while completing daily tasks.
• Select items for order pickup, drive-up, and ship-to-home orders.
• Accurately hold order pickup and drive-up orders.
• Prepare, pack, and sort guest orders using correct materials.
• Maintain workspace organization and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Follow safety guidelines and operating procedures.
• Support guest services, including backup cashier, order pickup, and drive-up.
• Comply with federal, state, and local laws, including adult beverage regulations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Resolve guest questions promptly.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds independently and team lift items 45-100 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and humidity levels.
• Remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or fulfillment preferred but not required.

Pay

Starting Hourly Rate: $16.50 USD per hour
