As a Fulfillment Expert, you'll be part of a team that ensures guests get what they want, when they want it, and how they want it. This role offers a dynamic work environment where your daily tasks will vary based on guest ordering patterns, providing you with valuable experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide assistance to solve their specific needs.
• Select items for order pickup, drive-up, and ship-to-home for digital guest orders.
• Accurately put on hold all order pickup and drive-up orders.
• Properly prepare, pack, and sort guest orders for shipment using correct materials.
• Maintain workspace, equipment, and designated areas; keep supplies in stock.
• Follow safety guidelines, operating procedures, and product freshness/quality standards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick-up, and drive-up.
• Comply with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws when applicable.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Resolve guest questions immediately.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
• Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance and team lift items 45-100 pounds.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.

Qualifications

While we provide comprehensive training, the following skills are beneficial:

• Experience in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding role.
• Teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem-solving skills.

Pay

Starting Hourly Rate: $19.25 USD per hour
