Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, greet customers promptly, and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist customers with merchandise selection, promote sales, and inform about specials and new products.
• Handle payments securely, verify identification and cash authenticity, and maintain accurate cash register operations.
• Notify customers of special orders and manage customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
