General Manufacturing Associate (Kit Assembly)-3rd Shift
Position Summary
This position is to assemble, package and inspect medical devices in accordance with the quality and production standards established by our organization. This includes working with chemicals, machines and measurement equipment. This position must follow procedures, policies and applicable regulatory policies to meet the requirements of our Quality Policy.
Responsibilities
- Follows established procedures and guidelines to manufacture the organization's products according to specifications and schedules; volume, cost and waste targets; quality standards.
- Operates machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
- Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be collected and analyzed.
Expertise: Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge and skills required to apply basic working knowledge of technical field/area of specialization.
- Exercises general application of principles, theories and concepts, and proposes a course of action.
- Performs basic level shop floor competencies.
- Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Work is typically checked and monitored on a routine basis.
- May require some limited judgement in resolving problems.
- Contacts are primarily with direct supervisor, peers and subordinates.
Expertise: Qualifications-Experience/Training/Education/Etc
- High school diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent required.
- 0-01 years related experience OR PBS requirements completed and pass assessment at appropriate level.
- Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
- Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed.
- Regular and predictable on-site attendance.

Hourly Pay Rate
$21.38 plus shift differential
