About the role
The General Manager will oversee all operations in the Winter Garden location, ensuring smooth day-to-day management and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including food service, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other managers to maintain consistent standards across all locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management or similar field.
- Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.
- Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Food Service Operator License.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management.
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitive landscape.
