Responsibilities
- Manage the daily front of the house operations of our restaurant
- Select, develop, and coach team members
- Oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies
- Drive revenues and ensure guest satisfaction
- Lead, manage, and hold all team members accountable
- Achie budgeted food sales, beverage sales, labor costs, and profitability
- Benchmark against competitors
- Collaborate on activation and programming with marketing
- Develop and maintain control procedures
Requirements
- Prior restaurant management highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Prior experience working with payroll, budgets, revenue, and forecasting
