General Manager (Site Solutions)

We’re hiring a General Manager at our rental facility in Baton Rouge, LA (Geismar) to grow with us, bring energy and drive, and help build the future of construction.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop an awesome team by hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations to drive positive results.
• Manage branch operations to maximize financial success, including monthly profit and loss reviews to identify improvement areas and revenue opportunities.
• Monitor key metrics such as equipment utilization, underperforming assets, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish measurable goals and clear expectations for team members.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Effectively communicate information to your team and management.
• Leverage EquipmentShare’s proprietary T3 technology to provide real-time insights into fleet availability, usage, and performance.

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of rental industry experience, preferably in a management role.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000–$100,000. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.
