Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Breakfast/Market, and Engineering/Maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain full compliance with Hilton brand standards, quality assurance (QA) audits, and brand initiatives
- Utilize Hilton's Property Engagement Platform (PEP) to manage employee engagement, training compliance, brand communications, and operational task tracking
- Ensure consistent execution of Hilton service culture and SOPs, tailored to an extended-stay guest experience
- Develop and manage the hotel's annual budget, forecasts, and financial goals
- Monitor P&L statements, control labor and operating costs, and drive revenue growth (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, length of stay)
- Partner with Sales & Revenue Management teams to maximize profitability, especially for extended-stay and corporate/relocation business
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a high-performing, lean leadership team and hotel staff
- Foster a positive, engaged workplace culture in line with Hilton's values
- Conduct regular performance reviews and succession planning
- Drive employee engagement scores and reduce turnover through PEP-supported initiatives
- Champion a guest-first culture to drive satisfaction scores (e.g., Hilton Honors, Medallia/GSS scores)
- Resolve escalated guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Implement service recovery and continuous improvement initiatives suited to longer-staying guests
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5+ years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager within a Hilton-branded, select-service or extended-stay hotel
- Direct, hands-on experience using Hilton's Property Engagement Platform (PEP)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets, guest satisfaction scores, and brand quality audit results
- Strong knowledge of Hilton systems, including OnQ PMS, Hilton Honors, and brand-specific QA tools
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Strong financial acumen — experience managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
