We are looking for a General Manager who is responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations, developing strong leaders, and ensuring consistent execution of standards in service, food quality, and hospitality. A successful General Manager builds a culture of accountability, teamwork, and pride in every shift. This position reports to the Regional Director. Located in Bloomsburg, PA.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and strong performance across all departments.
- Lead, coach, and develop managers and team members to build a high-performing, guest-focused culture.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency while maintaining quality and hospitality standards.
- Ensure consistent execution of food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and training to support business needs.
- Monitor financial performance, including labor, food cost, and controllable expenses.
- Resolve guest and team concerns with professionalism, fairness, and urgency.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous management experience in family or casual dining required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
Qualifications
- ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred.
