Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 10 years of experience in the planning, design, construction industry, or related field.
• Licensure/ Certification: Active state driver's license.
• Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; exemplary attention to detail and organizational skills; exemplary leadership and management skills; thorough understanding of construction delivery methods, and the nuances among those methods including Construction Manager as Agent (CMA), Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), and Design/Build; basic understanding of construction project scheduling and sequencing; basic understanding of the collective design process inclusive or programming, schematic design, design development, and construction administration; basic understanding, experience, and knowledge of legal considerations associated with operating a business.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Master's degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 15 years of experience in the planning, design, construction industry, or related field.
• Licensure/ Certification: Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC).
• Other Skills/ Knowledge: Mastery of construction delivery methods, and the nuances among those methods including Construction Manager as Agent (CMA), Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), and Design/Build; advanced understanding of construction project scheduling and sequencing; advanced understanding of the collective design process inclusive or programming, schematic design, design development, and construction administration; extensive understanding, experience, and knowledge of legal considerations associated with operating a business.
