General Manager / PAS Administrator (Comfort Keepers - Dallas)

About the role

Comfort Keepers Home Care is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced General Manager to lead our Dallas-area home care operations. We are looking for a strong leader who has a heart for serving seniors, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and supervise office staff.
• Serve as the agency’s designated Texas PAS Administrator.
• Conduct client assessments and oversee individualized care plans.
• Supervise and support caregivers in the field.
• Ensure quality care, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop community relationships and participate in marketing and referral development.
• Support business growth while maintaining a positive, accountable team environment.

Qualifications

• Social work degree and experience strongly preferred.
• Management experience in home care, healthcare, or social services.
• Experience conducting client assessments and supervising employees.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet Texas HHSC requirements for a PAS Administrator.
• Passion for serving seniors and supporting caregivers.
