General Manager - Operating Partner (Boise Downtown)

About the role

Cafe Zupas is seeking a General Manager (Operating Partner) who will manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, develop team members, cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude, and coordinate the team to run happy and well-organized shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop team members by providing direction and feedback
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
• Coordinate the team to run happy and well-organized shifts
• Partner with District Mentors to achieve larger company initiatives
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant

Requirements

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
• Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven
• Adaptable to new processes and systems

Qualifications

• Available to work a five day set schedule
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Benefits

• Average bonus plan of $25k

$70 – $125k per year
