Job Overview
Manages the food services operation of the Mystic Steakhouse to ensure a pleasant guest experience and efficient, cost-effective operations. Objective is guest retention to support casino.
Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Demonstrated leadership skills including any combination of post-high school restaurant education and restaurant management experience to equal seven years
- Prior experience in a fine dining environment
