General Manager, Marine Construction & Commercial Diving

Regional office leadership role with full profit-and-loss accountability and a focus on growing core strategic service lines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations and administrative details of the regional office, including annual planning and budgeting.
• Ensure corporate policies and procedures are consistently applied across the region.
• Maintain financial accountability for regional profit-and-loss and individual projects.
• Attend industry tradeshows and conferences to build networks and gather market intelligence.
• Coordinate and support strategic service-line projects within the region.
• Manage and direct office support staff.
• Identify and develop opportunities to market services to new and existing clients.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare and submit reports, proposals, and job estimates.
• Analyze client requirements and educate clients on available services.
• Participate in the preparation of sales, business, capture, and development plans.
• Establish and nurture key relationships with prospective companies.
• Collaborate with other divisions, departments, and regions to develop competitive proposals.

Requirements

• AA Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in the inland and offshore diving services market.
• Experience in the maritime or construction industry.
• Proven track record identifying, preparing, and selling deals from $500K–$10M.

Pay

$149,712 – $166,346 per year. Actual base compensation offered will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
