About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager for our Julie Vos boutique powered by the Leap Platform, coming to Dallas. This leadership role requires an experienced, strategic, and results-driven General Manager who thrives in building high-performing teams, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the store.
As the General Manager, you will leverage your expertise in leadership, sales, and team development to deliver a world-class experience to both clients and associates. Additionally, you will act as a local market expert, understanding the customer demographic, consumer trends, and events in the area to drive targeted initiatives and build meaningful community connections.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor all positions in the store, fostering an environment where your team can consistently perform at their best.
- Build and execute action plans that drive store and team performance, and develop future leaders within the organization.
- Set clear expectations, align goals, and establish a culture of continuous improvement.
- Create partnerships and share knowledge to build a cohesive, motivated, and engaged team.
- Take full ownership of the store’s daily operations, including driving sales, enhancing customer interactions, and ensuring operational standards are consistently met.
- Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensure all store procedures are executed seamlessly.
- Develop strategic partnerships with neighboring stores and drive client engagement through impactful in-store activations and community events.
- Support other Leap-powered locations in the market, including overseeing new store openings, managing cross-store initiatives, and training new store teams.
- Lead by example and maintain an active presence on the sales floor, managing schedules and ensuring payroll accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Proven management experience with a demonstrated track record of overseeing, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
- Expertise in luxury retail, high-touch client service, or related industries, with a deep commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term relationships.
- Action-oriented leadership with the ability to create and implement strategic action plans to enhance store and team performance.
- A proven ability to build, nurture, and develop talent at all levels within the store, with a consistent focus on building a leadership pipeline.
- Operational excellence in managing store operations, including scheduling, payroll accuracy, visual merchandising, inventory management, and shipment processing.
- Flexibility to work according to dynamic business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to maintain an active presence on the sales floor, capable of standing, walking, using a ladder, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Annual Pay Range
Annual Pay Range: $70k to $85k. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.

Provides guidance and support to team members to enhance performance, fosters a results-driven culture, and ensures alignment with broader business goals to deliver exceptional sales results.
- Clienteling Excellence: Achieves high Net Promoter Scores (NPS), drives repeat business, and creates an exceptional client experience through networking and personalized outreach.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure inventory levels are consistently maintained and accurate by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and coordinating with the team to address discrepancies in a timely manner.
