Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in the training program to learn all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management
- Assist in supervising daily restaurant activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Support team members by providing guidance, training, and motivation to uphold company standards
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff
- Contribute to achieving sales goals and controlling costs through effective operational practices
- Learn to manage inventory, ordering, and cash handling procedures
- Develop leadership skills and understanding of business metrics to prepare for a General Manager role
Skills And Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and leadership potential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Basic understanding of customer service principles
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to professional growth
- Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required
