As a General Manager at an independently owned and operated Denny’s franchise, you will oversee daily operations to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times.
• Maintain operational excellence so the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Create a welcoming restaurant atmosphere for both patrons and employees.
• Perform various tasks daily, as the role involves many essential functions not listed here.

Pay

Salary range: $75,000.00 – $78,210.00.

Additional Information

This position is at an establishment owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment-related matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, and scheduling. The franchisor does not receive applications or control hiring decisions for this role.
