About the role
The General Manager is the Restaurant Leader and is key to the success of an individual Restaurant. The GM focuses on sales goals, employee performance, and company policies and practices. They use the systems and processes in place to maximize profits, satisfy guests, and develop teams. This position reports to the District Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years management experience
- High school education
- Quick Service Restaurant Experience required
- Valid Driver’s License
