Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Develops, coaches, and trains all direct reports in the business unit.
• Creates an atmosphere of exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Manages inventory levels and quality of merchandise to optimize revenue generation.
• Maintains effective communication and monitors safety and security procedures.
• Monitors and ensures adherence to donation standards, safety, and security protocols.
• Performs bookkeeping, accounting, and reporting tasks, including time and attendance management.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and standards.
• Participates in special projects and attends meetings.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful leadership and good judgment, preferably in a retail or similar service-oriented business or environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent with three to five years of previous management experience in retail or similar service-oriented business or environment.
• Clear and effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic math and computer skills, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, understand time and attendance systems, and use POS systems.
• A personal vehicle for cash deposit purposes.
• Able to work flexible days and hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to inspire, coach, train, and develop store team members to consistently provide exceptional customer service and drive for results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with the disabled and disadvantaged.
• Fluency in a language other than English preferred.
