Overview
The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of warehouses, including operations, customer service, office operations, and MIS (systems/IT).
Responsibilities
- Team builder and plans, organizes, staffs, directs and ensures the efficient operation of all office and warehouse activities.
- Selects, develops, motivates and creates a team environment.
- Aids senior management in establishing warehouse performance objectives.
- Accountable for achieving prescribed Company objectives in regard to cost, quality, productivity, customer service and profit.
- Continually focuses on improving processes to meet customer needs for high-quality, cost-effective logistics services while adhering to Corporate values and objectives.
Qualifications
- Three to five (3-5) years warehouse experience.
- Three to five (3-5) years supervisory/management experience required.
- Experience developing and managing budgets.
- Experience motivating and developing teams and individuals in successfully completing duties.
- Industry knowledge regarding trends and software.
- Strong PC skills in Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Good reading, writing and math skills required.
- Strong background in Warehouse Management Software required and PKMs experience preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Pay
The typical starting salary range for this position is: $78,443 - $156,885. The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills, experience, education and location.
Schedule
Candidates are eligible for a designated Hybrid schedule as described below: Fully on-site, or fully remote schedules are determined based on role and business needs. Hybrid employees must report to the office 8 days per month, scheduled by their supervisor. Warehouse roles are typically fully on-site. Candidates outside the 25-mile radius may be considered for fully remote roles, depending on business needs. Remote work requires full compliance with company policies, including workspace standards, timekeeping, and communication protocols. Commuting costs are not reimbursed.
