Pay

$160,000 - $200,000 / year with up to 75% bonus potential. Company truck provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and growth by leading the development and execution of construction technology programs and marketing initiatives
• Partner with operational leaders to assess, develop, and strengthen field technology leadership across the organization
• Coach and develop teams by mentoring construction leaders and championing technology leadership excellence
• Build key industry partnerships with leading manufacturers including Topcon, John Deere Construction & Forestry, Wingtra, and Trimble to support customer success and technology adoption

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
• 10+ years of construction technology, heavy equipment, or related industry experience preferred
• Location and travel flexibility: Position may be located within any of RDO Equipment Co.’s Construction regions. Preference for candidates within 45 minutes of a major airport and able to travel up to 50% to support field operations, manufacturer partnerships, customer engagement, and business initiatives
• Strong relationship-building skills to create trusted partnerships with customers, team members, manufacturers, and business partners
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Valid work authorization in the U.S. without company sponsorship
