About the role

Brothers Bar & Grill is opening a new location in late September on Music Row. As the General Manager, you will act as the "CEO of the place," overseeing all aspects of bar and grill operations including hiring, training, scheduling, inventory controls, labor management, and ensuring fantastic guest experiences. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company, demonstrate outstanding leadership skills, and become familiar with industry-leading software platforms.

You will receive support from a 24/7 team and a solid training program, along with continued guidance from experienced Regional Managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all bar and grill operations
• Hire, train, and schedule staff
• Manage inventory and labor controls
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Lead by example and motivate the team

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Previous bartending and/or serving experience
• Outstanding organization and time management skills
• Highly motivated for success
• Engaging personality and ability to lead by example
• Desire to grow with a rapidly expanding company (currently in 10 states)
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
