What You’ll Do
- Lead your team in building value and ongoing relationships with new and existing industrial B2B customers.
- Call on and develop customers, much of your time spent in the field.
- Develop, manage, and implement service center sales activities and strategies, account assignment, and territory management.
- Develop, manage, and implement sales performance goals and margin strategies.
- Identify and evaluate new customers, market conditions, opportunities, and competitive pressures.
- Recommend and implement actions to maximize sales, increase margins, and expand market share.
- Personal assigned accounts as required.
- 1+ year sales management & leadership experience.
- 2+ years B2B outside sales experience with a tangible product.
- Industrial distribution experience a plus.
- Operations and/or P&L experience a plus.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills.
- Written & verbal communication including English grammar.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
