About the role
As a General Manager, you will oversee the overall direction, motivation, coordination, and evaluation of your store. You will recruit, train, and lead a team of 8-12 employees, drive profitability, manage accounting, service, and collection activities, and maintain inventory. Your leadership will ensure operational and customer service expectations are met.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth business functioning.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of 8-12 employees to maintain a family-oriented atmosphere.
- Set and achieve sales goals for the team and yourself each month.
- Manage accounting, service, and collection activities.
- Maintain inventory and delegate tasks effectively to ensure store success.
- Resolve complex customer and employee issues professionally.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a management role.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
Pay
- During training: $50,000 - $70,000/year + $3,000 sign-on bonus.
- After training: $80,000 - $130,000/year with bonuses.
