About the role

As a General Manager, you will oversee the overall direction, motivation, coordination, and evaluation of your store. You will recruit, train, and lead a team of 8-12 employees, drive profitability, manage accounting, service, and collection activities, and maintain inventory. Your leadership will ensure operational and customer service expectations are met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth business functioning.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of 8-12 employees to maintain a family-oriented atmosphere.
• Set and achieve sales goals for the team and yourself each month.
• Manage accounting, service, and collection activities.
• Maintain inventory and delegate tasks effectively to ensure store success.
• Resolve complex customer and employee issues professionally.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a management role.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.

Pay

• During training: $50,000 - $70,000/year + $3,000 sign-on bonus.
• After training: $80,000 - $130,000/year with bonuses.
