General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of boutique hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and Food & Beverage.
• Foster a culture of exceptional hospitality by coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team.
• Oversee the restaurant and bar operation to deliver outstanding guest experiences while achieving financial goals.
• Drive revenue, manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability across all departments.
• Build strong relationships with guests, associates, and community partners while serving as the face of the hotel.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Identify opportunities to elevate the guest experience through creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous experience as a Hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Strong Food & Beverage leadership experience in a hotel, restaurant, or lifestyle hospitality environment.
• Passion for boutique or lifestyle hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing engaged, service-focused teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and expense control.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on leadership style.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing operational excellence with an exceptional guest experience.
