General Manager

In this role, you’ll set sales strategies and targets, develop and support your sales staff, track performance, and ensure we consistently meet our goals. Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour Qualifications Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales3+ years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales departmentExcellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skillsCandidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field Responsibilities Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to ensure we are meeting their needsCreate sales reports and present to the team that outline sales efforts including progress and sales volume to better determine future goalsOutline our sales strategies and objectives to ensure we make our sales goalsContinue company growth by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programsLead our sales team by setting a sales plan for each sales representative, identifying individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing training programs to make sure they’re successful
