Urban Air is seeking a General Manager to lead the team and maintain a fun, safe, and secure environment for guests and staff.

People

• Hire, train, and provide mentorship to the staff
• Cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service
• Implement and execute all staff training programs
• Aid in selecting and developing Area Leads and Certified Trainers
• Lead and influence managerial staff
• Maintain a strong community presence

Operations

• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment
• Execute all aspects of the operation including entertainment, food, beverage, attractions, and property
• Continuously improve operational execution
• Provide direction to the management team
• Ensure positive employee relations
• Assist franchise owner(s) in setting and meeting departmental goals
• Monitor online reviews

Financials

• Capitalize business opportunities
• Execute company marketing strategies to drive sales
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and management coverage
• Analyze financial reports and develop action plans
• Grow revenue and control expenses

Qualifications

• Strong character and good judgment in decision-making
• Experience in hospitality (Theme Parks, Family Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, Restaurants)
• 3+ years of experience in Facility Operations & Management
• Demonstrated ability to develop team members
• Demonstrated ability to achieve expected store financial results
• Intermediate computer skills - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Professional grooming and conduct
• Adaptability, flexibility, enthusiasm for the business
• Strong communication skills
