Key responsibilities
- The working environment consists of working 45-50 hours per week.
- Our expectation is managers schedule themselves during our peak business hours, which consist of weekends and nights.
- The General Manager is responsible for cash handling and deposits, inventory, purchasing and payroll validation as well as labor law compliance.
- Must be able to lift up to 15-20 lbs which is required for putting away inventory and stocking
- Must have working knowledge of computers.
- Must agree to a background and credit check.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must have a managers Food Safety Certificate.
- A college degree is preferred.
- A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative
Requirements
- Minimum 5 days and 45 hours per week
- Work at least TWO Weekend evenings (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) each week – and in rotation (not taking the same day off every week)
- Open no more than Two Times per week – preferably One Time only
- Work a minimum of 4 closing shifts (Friday or Saturday) per month
- All Schedules must be entered in Revel by 6pm on Thursday evenings for Director’s approval
- Any deviations to these guidelines must be approved by the Director of Operations
