General Manager

Key responsibilities

• The working environment consists of working 45-50 hours per week.
• Our expectation is managers schedule themselves during our peak business hours, which consist of weekends and nights.
• The General Manager is responsible for cash handling and deposits, inventory, purchasing and payroll validation as well as labor law compliance.
• Must be able to lift up to 15-20 lbs which is required for putting away inventory and stocking.
• Must have working knowledge of computers.
• Must agree to a background and credit check.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a managers Food Safety Certificate.
• A college degree is preferred.
• A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 days and 45 hours per week.
• Work at least TWO Weekend evenings (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) each week – and in rotation (not taking the same day off every week).
• Open no more than Two Times per week – preferably One Time only.
• Work a minimum of 4 closing shifts (Friday or Saturday) per month.
• All Schedules must be entered in Revel by 6pm on Thursday evenings for Director’s approval.
• Any deviations to these guidelines must be approved by the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual a plus.
