General Manager

About the role

We are seeking a General Manager who will oversee all aspects of our Wendy’s restaurant, including people and operations. The ideal candidate will create and maintain a positive work environment, model Wendy’s core values, and lead a team to achieve financial goals through consistent performance.

Responsibilities

• Create and sustain a fun, inviting work environment
• Model Wendy’s core values every day
• Work with your leadership team to create a culture of consistency and performance
• Drive customer service, training and development, sales & profit growth, and accountability across the entire restaurant team
• Manage the P&L to control costs and achieve specified profit targets by identifying areas of opportunity in revenue growth, customer service, and process improvement

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience leading people
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible work availability
• A commitment to promoting proper procedures and a culture of food safety

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Skills

• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance

Pay

$68,000.00 - $102,000.00 Annually
