Responsibilities

• Manage daily salon operations to ensure smooth and stylish performance.
• Hire, train, and coach a high-performing team to hit sales goals and build a loyal client base.
• Drive revenue through memberships, retail, and services using proven sales techniques and leadership.
• Maintain a clean, inviting, and energetic space that customers love.
• Track sales metrics, manage budgets, handle cash, and oversee administrative tasks.
• Promote the salon in-store and in the community to grow awareness and boost traffic.

Pay

$50,000–$55,000/year total compensation (Base + Bonus + Commission).
