Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Salon Operations – Keep the salon organized, efficient, and customer-focused every day.
• Recruit, coach, and motivate associates to deliver outstanding service and exceed goals.
• Drive Sales Performance - Increase memberships, retail sales, and customer loyalty through strong leadership and sales coaching.
• Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
• Maintain operational excellence by monitoring key metrics, overseeing scheduling, handling cash management, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Represent the brand and help grow local awareness through community involvement and in-store promotions.

Requirements

• Experience in retail management, sales leadership, customer service, or hospitality management.
• A confident communicator who enjoys motivating others and building team culture.
• Strong sales instincts with a track record of achieving goals and improving performance.
• A high energy, professional demeanor with a passion for beauty, wellness, and customer experience.
• An organized and dependable individual capable of multitasking in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
