Responsibilities

• Lead daily salon operations, ensuring the salon remains organized, efficient, and customer-focused.
• Recruit, coach, and motivate associates to deliver outstanding service and exceed sales goals.
• Drive sales performance by increasing memberships, retail sales, and customer loyalty through leadership and coaching.
• Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
• Monitor key metrics, oversee scheduling, handle cash management, and maintain operational excellence.
• Represent the Palm Beach Tan brand and grow local awareness through community involvement and in-store promotions.

Requirements

• Experience in retail management, sales leadership, customer service, or hospitality management.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for motivating others and building team culture.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and improving performance.
• High energy, professionalism, and a passion for beauty, wellness, and customer experience.
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-moving environment.

Pay

$55,000–$70,000 total compensation potential, including base pay, monthly bonuses, and uncapped commission.
