Major Duties
- Manages financial analysis, budgeting, and business planning activities.
- Maintains oversight of staff performance to ensure goals and targets are met.
- Takes corrective actions as necessary to address performance issues.
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Exchange.
- Collaborates with retail, food, services, human resources, and loss prevention teams to execute programs.
- Interacts with military command elements, including command meetings, real property, and master planning.
- Develops, trains, coaches, and mentors managers and associates for future development.
Work Challenges
- Long hours standing 24/7, 365 days a year.
Work Location: Onsite (Redstone Arsenal Exchange - Alabama)
