Responsibilities
- Participate in a 3-week GM training program
- Build and train a team from the ground up
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach new employees
- Manage day-to-day operations and equipment functions
- Deliver strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Oversee the ordering of wash chemicals, supplies, and products
- Operate a complex POS system and other wash-related computer programs
