General Manager

General managers oversee all functions and operational matters of the wash location, while building sales and fostering relationships with members and customers. This role is the final stop for all matters relating to operations, sales, and employees. As a General Manager, you are not only a leader but also have a passion for developing others, working side by side with your staff to ensure that Prime is delivering happiness by keeping quality at the forefront of our service execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day and equipment operations of the car wash facility
• Hiring and training of new employees
• Coaching and working with employees to improve both themselves and wash quality
• Delivering strong hospitality and customer service skills to guests and members
• Knowledge of and ability to perform all positions at Prime Car Wash (sales, labor, detail) in addition to management as needed
• Ordering of wash chemicals, supplies, and products
• Operation of POS system as well as other wash computer programs

• Highly motivated, high-energy, goal-oriented individual with superior organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to attract and retain employees
• Ability to work a variety of hours and in a variety of conditions (open 8am–8pm every day, 8am–6pm during DST, 363 days a year)
• 1–3 years of proven track record of success in managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced team leader, manager, or assistant manager position
• Knowledge of cars and detailing skills a plus but not required

Pay

Salary range: Up to $70,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
