About the role
The General Park Manager oversees all park operations, manages, hires, and trains employees, strives to meet and exceed key performance indicators to increase park profitability, cleans and maintains equipment and the building, buys and orders operating supplies, handles customer service issues, controls park expenses, and markets the business to the community.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or two or more years of management experience
- Nights and weekends, as well as some major holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Pay
The General Park Manager can expect to earn up to $95,000/year (base salary of $75,000-$85,000/year plus tips, bonuses, and commissions on top of their regular wages).
Schedule
The General Park Manager will be required to work nights and weekends, as well as some major holidays.
