About the Role

Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee our warehouse and distribution operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, managing teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service while achieving key performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Office Managers, Senior Supervisors, and warehouse associates
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, productivity, inventory management, and customer service
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, processes, and efficiencies
• Monitor and achieve operational KPIs, including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, productivity, and quality
• Collaborate with Corporate Operations to implement best practices, policies, and strategic initiatives
• Analyze operational and financial performance to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns and operational issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety across the organization

Requirements

• Warehouse, distribution, logistics, or operations management experience
• Experience leading managers, supervisors, and large teams
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-site operations experience
• Experience driving operational improvements and KPI performance

Travel

Occasional travel to Midwest company locations.

Work Environment

This role operates in a warehouse and distribution setting and may involve:

• Working around heavy equipment and machinery
• Exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse conditions
• Occasional lifting, climbing, crouching, and kneeling
• Flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs
