Requirements
- Run a profitable restaurant and ensure McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness are met.
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them.
- Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction.
- May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future leadership team.
- Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
- Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired; experience in hospitality or retail also considered.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
