General Manager

You’ll work with your leader to create plans to achieve restaurant goals and coach Department Managers to improve their performance. You may also hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team for the future.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant while maintaining high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Set restaurant goals and create actionable plans to achieve them.
• Lead and coach Department Managers to improve their departments and overall restaurant performance.
• Hire, develop, and train Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team.

Requirements

• Previous General Manager experience, preferably in high-volume locations.
• Background in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older.
