General Manager
The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This is a significant role that involves setting goals, leading a team of Department Managers, and managing staff.
Responsibilities
- Setting and achieving restaurant goals under the guidance of a leader
- Leading a team of Department Managers to ensure each department meets its goals
- Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to support future growth
- Managing staff schedules and ensuring a competent team
Requirements
- Previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations
- A background in quick-service restaurants or hospitality/review industry
- Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurants

Pay
Starting Pay Minimum $62k and up, depending on experience. McDonald’s experience is a plus!
