Responsibilities
- Runs a profitable restaurant
- Maintains McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Works with leader to set restaurant goals and build a plan to achieve those goals
- Leads a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities in the restaurant
- Helps Department Managers set their own goals, follow up on their progress, and provide mentoring and direction to improve their Departments and the restaurant overall
- Hires, trains, and develops Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future
