General Manager
Location: KidStrong Pembroke Pines
Reports To: Barb Volk, Area Developer & Jake Metsky, Regional Operations Manager
About the Role
As General Manager, you are the leader of your center and ultimately responsible for its people, culture, growth, operations, and member experience. During the pre-opening phase, you’ll play a critical role in building momentum for KidStrong Pembroke Pines. You’ll lead the pre-sale membership campaign, connect with prospective families, build community partnerships, recruit and develop your team, and help ensure the center opens with a strong foundation. Once open, you’ll continue to lead from the front—developing your team, driving sales and membership growth, delivering an exceptional member experience, and stepping onto the floor to coach alongside your team.
This is not a traditional 9–5 desk job. Our strongest General Managers are visible, engaged leaders who know their team, know their families, understand their numbers, and aren’t afraid to jump in wherever needed.
